Privacy Policy – Sofarækken Scan (Internal Use)

This app, Sofarækken Scan, is intended solely for internal use within Sofarækken for testing and operational purposes. It is not publicly distributed or intended for external users.

1. Purpose

The app is used to scan membership cards (via NFC or barcode) to validate or assign member records connected to our internal membership database.

2. Data Collected

  • Card data: NFC UID or barcode ID for identification of membership cards.

  • Basic device data: Anonymous technical logs (e.g., app version, device type) used for troubleshooting during internal testing.

  • Optional authentication data: If login is required, user accounts are verified via our internal API.

3. How Data Is Used

All collected data is used exclusively for internal system testing, membership verification, and improving app functionality.
No data is sold, shared, or transmitted to any third-party service except our own backend systems.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored securely on our internal servers and may be cached temporarily on the device.
Access is limited to authorized personnel only.

5. User Rights

Since this app is for internal use, standard consumer data rights (e.g., deletion requests) are handled directly through our internal IT or development team.

6. Third-Party Services

The app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
